Who we are

Founded in 2012 by Sebastián Zorrilla de San Martín, and located in the center of the city of Montevideo, Zorrilla Subastas maintains the charm and splendor of a traditional Uruguayan antique shop whilst promoting a forward-thinking and modern approach to auctioneering. Although we are young, some of Uruguay’s most renowned auctions have happened here, at Zorilla Subastas.

We have presented to national and international audiances alike the outstanding collections of: Joyería Freccero, Fernando Assunção, Zelmira Braga de Cibils and Daniel Castellanos, Juan Carrera, José Luis Rubio, Alfredo “Pilo” Folle, Leonel Gallo and Martín Usabiaga Sala.

We are leading the way in Uruguayan international auctioneering by connecting national sellers to international buyers through online platforms.
